Bad Credit Mortgages In Saskatchewan Mortgage With Bad Credit And Co-signer?

Mortgage with bad credit and co-signer? - bad credit mortgages in saskatchewan

My husband and I have bad credit ... several credit cards in collections and student loans outstanding. We thought we would work our credit for a few years before a mortgage, but we get just a kid and my parents really want to help buy a house now, before prices rise again (Saskatchewan, Canada). They offered to give us a down payment and co-sign a mortgage for us. We both are on fixed incomes, and would be on the lookout for a small house, low cost (mortgage payment probably less than what they) pay for the rent. Can I have a mortgage with his help, even with bad credit? A word about anyone is personally been? What is the best way to go about getting a mortgage in this situation ... You can contact a mortgage broker? Thank you for the advice.

people with bad credit often hesitate in applying a loan or a credit card. What comes first in mind is that after all they'll be rejected since they are having a poor credit. But there are these good lenders that can even be found online who are willing to help you get Credit cards for bad credit with no hesitations.
